Want to Become a Scorekeeper at OGAA

Want to Become a Scorekeeper at OGAA

OGAA is looking for scorekeeprs for the upcoming baseball and softball season.  No experience necessary.  We will train you!   We are looking for well mannered, organized, detail oriented, hard working people to fill our scorekeeper needs.  This is a great opportunity for High School and College Students.  Must be 16 years old or older.

Once you have submitted your application, a criminal background check will be performed on you if you are 18 years or older.  You will be required to attend all scorekeeper meetings at OGAA.  We will notify all registered scorekeepers of the dates and times of our upcoming meetings.

Want to be a Coach this Season

Want to be a Coach this Season

If you would like to be a coach in our 2022 Spring Season, please click on the coaching appplication link below.  Once you click on the link, please choose the sport (Baseball or Softball) and click on the green "Register" button under the sport you want to coach in.  There are no fees to register to coach.  Fill out all information required and hit the submit button.  All coaches at OGAA have to pass a background check.

Safe Sports Act

With the acceptance of the Safe Sports Act, it is now required for all Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to participate in Abuse Awareness Training.  In addition, coaches are still required to complete and submit their OGAA Coaching Application, which allows us to conduct background checks.

Want to become an Umpire at OGAA

OGAA is looking for Umpires for the upcoming Baseball and Softball Seasons. Experienced? Great!  Never umpired before?  We will train you!  We are looking for well mannered, organized, detail oriented, hard working people to fill our umpire needs.  Must be 16 years old or older.

Baseball Equipment Requirements

1.  Glove, Helmet, and Bat (Click Here for Bat Rules)

2.  Cleats are not required, but are recommended.  Metal Cleats are only allowed in ages 13 and above
